Matrix IR 2.0: The matrix IR 2.0 feature provides superior illumination and imaging over with more traditional IR illumination solutions. It can illuminate to distances up to 65 ft in 0 lux conditions with more uniform exposure, particularly at the edges of the image. Matrix IR eliminates overexposure and hot spots (halo or spotlight effects in an image), reduces interference and video noise, with a more vivid image overall. It is more energy efficient and has a longer lifespan with better heat dissipation than traditional IR technology.

Wide Dynamic Range (WDR)
WDR produces clearer images and more even lighting in views that are simultaneously both bright and dark. This is particularly useful in areas with windows and lots of natural light. WDR improves on the ability of Back Light Compensation (BLC) and High Light Compensation (HLC) by independently adjusting the intensity of different portions of the image to produce proper lighting intensity across the entire image.
Digital Noise Reduction (DNR)
Image noise can come from a variety of sources, but is most often associated with low light conditions, resulting in a "grainy" image. This noise not only interferes with the ability to clearly distinguish individual image elements, but also increases the storage space required for any given image. The DNR circuitry uses a digital comb filter to eliminate video noise.
Back Light Compensation (BLC)
BLC reduces silhouetting, so you can see foreground subjects clearly when positioned in front of a bright background. The BLC circuitry adjusts the exposure so that the subject is illuminated and clearly visible.
Starlight Technology
Starlight Technology provides Color Night and Day Vision recording, producing good color exposure and imaging Ultra Low Lux conditions. It provides full color at night with more visual details and better contrast due to the camera's high sensitivity to light. This allows for safer environments and more accurate evidence of the scene in color.
