The Hall Research AFF-VHD-PCTV is a compact VGA to video scan converter. It accepts PC input resolutions from 640x480 up to 1600x1200 and converts to interlaced NTSC or PAL video on composite or S-Video output. Also supports video Overscan or Underscan.
